To advance its mission of strengthening democracy, governance, human rights, and regional solidarity, ADAFP is building a continent-wide institutional architecture.
The Strategic Initiatives below represent the Alliance’s long-term investment in empowering African democrats, supporting reform movements, and enabling sustainable democratic leadership across all regions.

ADAFP will build **five executive institutions**, each serving a distinct but complementary mission:
* ADAFP Training Center

**Purpose:**
To train, mentor, and empower the next generation of African liberal and democratic leaders, especially youth and women.

* Pan-African networking forums

* Annual award ceremony
